Payment/Deposits: To guarantee your reservation preferred payment methods are cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellations: Bookings canceled up to 9:00 PM, 3 day(s) before the day of check in will incur a service charge of $25.00. Bookings canceled after 9:00 PM, 3 day(s) before the day of check in will incur a service charge of 100% of the booking total. Cancellations must be made where the booking was made.

Check In/Out: Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Specific arrangements may be made on an individual basis to include arrival, departure and luggage check.

Parking: In front of the house

- Summertime price $185 + plus taxes is for the 2 rooms together per night.

- All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to an 8% NYS Sales Tax.
